Smiling Woman healer with tuning fork and tattoos

While men are welcome at selected sound bath events, Claire’s core focus remains on women’s wellbeing and empowerment. Her spaces are deeply held, trauma-informed and inclusive of women at all life stages.

Having walked through her own journey of trauma, healing and rebirth, Claire is devoted to supporting women to reclaim their voice, power and embodied wisdom.

Her work is an invitation:

To come home to your body.

To honour your cycles.

To reawaken the sacred feminine.

To be seen, held and heard

In 2024 Claire followed a powerful call of the heart and relocated to North Wales after falling deeply in love with her soul mate. Together they dreamed intro being and co created Ffynnon Flow, a sacred studio space nestled in the wild beauty of the Welsh countryside. It is here, surrounded by beauty and nourished by love, that Claire’s work has deepened and flourished, weaving personal devotion, partnership and purpose into a home of healing, movement and soul connection

About Claire

The journey to Mama Wellness at Ffynnon Flow

Claire is the founder and heart of Mama Wellness — a space devoted to women's healing, empowerment and connection to the sacred feminine.

Mama Wellness was birthed during the deep stillness of lockdown, when Claire opened her first studio in Heswall on the Wirral. There, she offered nurturing support for women, with a focus on mother and baby wellbeing. But as her own path deepened, so too did her work, evolving into a practice rooted in feminine reclamation, womb wisdom and earth connected healing.

A trained sound therapist for over a decade, Claire has walked a path of continued study and soul work. She now blends vibrational healing with shamanic practice and is also an Associate Teacher for The Sanctuary of Sophia, where she teaches Shamanic Womb Healing with Tuning Forks to women from around the world in Glastonbury and North Wales.

Her work is a weaving of the spiritual and the practical, shamanic energy work, sound journeys, feminine embodiment and sacred cyclical awareness, all grounded in the real, raw and beautiful experiences of being a woman.

Lineage & Inspiration

Claire’s work is deeply rooted in the wisdom traditions of the feminine. Her path has been shaped by over a decade of study, healing and devotion — weaving together sacred sound, movement, energy work, heart and womb centred practices.

She is an Associate Teacher with The Sanctuary of Sophia, where she supports women around the world in learning Shamanic Womb Healing with Tuning Forks — a path that honours the womb as a portal to healing, ancestral connection, and feminine power. Having trained with Angie Twydall in Shamanic womb healing with tuning forks and Shamanic Womb Massage. This was a life changing soul remembering. With additional womb massage, rebozo and closing the bones training with Japjeet Rajbir Kaur Khalsa.

Claire’s spiritual path is deeply connected to Goddess and her work is guided by the Wheel of the Year and Celtic shamanic traditions. She honours the turning of the seasons, the wisdom of the elements and the sacred sites of the British Isles, especially the waters, wells, stone circles and wild places of North Wales. Her ceremonies and practices are rooted in earth-based spirituality, reclaiming ancient ways of being in relationship with land, cycle and soul.

Her embodiment work is enriched by extensive training in yoga for women across all life stages, including Well Woman Yoga Therapy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and a 300-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher training with Chelsea Conavas. Claire’s early offerings in pregnancy and mother & baby support were grounded in training with Janine Sim (pregnancy & postnatal yoga) and Gayle Berry (baby massage & yoga).

Claire is also trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and continues to explore the deep, transformational power of sound and vibration. She has completed women’s circle facilitation training with Mitle Southey, bringing sacred space holding and feminine rites of passage into her work.

Claire owes the beginning of her healing journey to her late Auntie Rosie, who lovingly introduced her to the world of holistic medicine and Reiki. A path that ultimately led Claire to become a master and dedicate her life to healing and service.

With gratitude to her teachers, mentors and the living land itself, Claire’s practice honours both ancient lineages and modern healing, creating spaces where women can feel safe, sovereign, and spiritually connected.
